He saw all the major inventory over videos and gave a quotation , failed to send his team on time, they arrived 2 hours late. And started at 12:30pm. Meanwhile make me pay the advance amount and immediately after kept telling that I asked them to come late, he has all recording and that he would go to police. He did His team was super slow packed for 6+ hours, and loaded the things for 3hrs+ Because this Seena Ram guy, failed to send a lorry despite knowing the inventory from 2 bhk house is huge , instead sent a small tempo van.
On asking him to send a bigger capacity vehicle or another tempo, he said that they will arrange one on top of other. I said the things are costly and it might get damaged, yet he promised and took up responsibility for all damage.

At 12:30 they were still unloading things, and my study/computer table was completely damaged.
Seena Ram called me and asked that how long I’m gonna keep his boys. I said him to Cordinate with his team and ask how long it’s gonna take them to unload. He immediately started yelling that “Madam boys said that you only told them to do all the work slowly from the time they started”.

Since I’m a women he kept raising his voice and used demeaning derogatory words, so I let my brother handle things thereafter.

When asked about the damage he said that it was their mistake and asked me to manage the expenses for the damage they made. Despite me saying while loading not to stand on top of the table repeatedly , the delivery guy stood on top of it and broke it. They did try to hide that with double sided tap as shown in the video attached.
He kept yelling and telling police and stuff for so long, and he did stop the unloading for 30mins . Since he was telling police since the morning , we said ok fine we can go to the police and resolve the issue and payment will be settled at the police station. Immediately he backed out and started being humble n nice suddenly asking us to let things slide so that we can discuss and sort it out.

Finally they unloaded everything for the next 4hrs and finished by 4am. We did give tips to those delivery boys. Yet the 4 men stayed back and kept asking for more money.

16hours of pure chaos ! Ended up with damaged table. Toooo costly for such a pathetic service!
