What Makes a Good Review?

Personal Experience: Only write reviews for moving services that you or your immediate family personally hired.

Be Specific & Detailed: Mention what went well (e.g. packing quality, timely delivery) and what could be improved (e.g. communication, pricing transparency).

Honest & Fair: Share fact-based experiences whether positive or negative. Do not exaggerate or make false claims.

Respectful Language: Avoid abusive language, hate speech, threats, or personal harassment against individual workers.
What is Not Allowed?
- Fake or Paid Reviews: Writing fake 5-star reviews for yourself or negative reviews for competitors.
- Personal Contact Info: Posting private phone numbers, bank details, or residential addresses in review text.
- Promotional Links: Spamming links, discount codes, or third-party ads.
- Unrelated Content: Reviews about services not related to packing, moving, or vehicle transport.
Moving Companies: Right to Reply
Verified moving company owners can publicly reply to customer reviews from their business dashboard to thank satisfied customers or resolve grievances constructively.
