PackersReviews.com (the "Platform", "Website", "We", "Us") is owned, managed, and operated by Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), an enterprise technology company incorporated in India.

The platform operates as an independent digital directory, consumer review aggregator, and SaaS listing portal connecting relocating individuals with third-party logistics and moving service providers across India.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Account Accuracy: When registering via mobile number OTP or Google authentication, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Consumer Reviews & Content Integrity Policy

Our platform exists to maintain genuine, authentic shifting experiences. By posting a review, you warrant and agree that:

• First-Hand Experience: Your feedback is based solely on your own genuine relocation experience with the reviewed moving business.
• Prohibition of Fake/Paid Reviews: You may not post reviews on behalf of competitors, accept financial incentives to post biased ratings, or create fictitious reviews.
• Civility & Defamation: Content must not contain abusive profanity, hate speech, defamatory personal attacks, or unverified criminal allegations.
• Proof Verification: You agree that PackersReviews may request a copy of your moving invoice/consignment note (Bilty) to verify authentic customer status.

We reserve the right to moderate, unpublish, or permanently remove reviews that violate our moderation guidelines or fail verification checks.

4. Terms for Moving Companies & Business Partners

Moving companies claiming their business profiles or purchasing listing plans agree to the following terms:

• Authorized Representative: Only authorized owners, directors, or managers may claim and manage a company profile.
• KYC & Legal Compliance: Businesses must provide valid GSTIN, IBA approval codes (if claimed), registered office addresses, and official contact details.
• Fair Review Response: Moving companies may respond publicly to customer reviews in a professional manner. Threatening customers, filing false legal notices, or extorting users over negative feedback will result in immediate profile suspension and a public consumer warning badge.
• No Review Manipulation: Moving businesses cannot pay or coerce PackersReviews to delete genuine, verified negative customer reviews.

5. Paid Subscriptions, Invoicing & Payment Gateway Terms

Verified business listings, featured placement tiers, and profile management subscriptions are charged on prepaid billing terms. All commercial billing and invoices are issued by Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd.

• Payment Gateways: Commercial online transactions are processed through secure, RBI-authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, or equivalent). All payments are denominated and charged in Indian National Rupees (INR).
• Tax Invoices: Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST at 18%) is charged on all paid commercial digital subscriptions. Statutory GST tax invoices with Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd. GSTIN details are issued to subscribed moving businesses.
• Refunds & Cancellations: All cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website design, database structure, source code, logos, review algorithms, rating mechanics, user interfaces, and brand compilation are the exclusive intellectual property of Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd.

By submitting user-generated content (reviews, photos, comments), you grant PackersReviews.com and Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, index, distribute, and format the content on our platform and associated search engine channels.

7. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

Users and visitors agree NOT to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or automated extraction of mover directory listings or reviews.
• Attempting to bypass platform security, launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or inject malicious code.
• Impersonating any person, moving brand, verification authority, or government official.
• Posting unsolicited commercial spam, pyramid schemes, or affiliate promotional links.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

A. "As-Is" Service: The platform and all directory listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

B. No Moving Service Guarantee: PackersReviews does not guarantee the performance, delivery timelines, pricing, transit safety, or cargo damage settlement of any independent moving company listed on the platform. Consumers are strongly advised to inspect official company registration, IBA accreditation, and insurance policies independently before booking.

C. Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PackersReviews.com, Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd., and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or transactions with third-party moving companies.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any commercial disputes arising out of or related to this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered corporate office of Groveus Informatics Pvt. Ltd. shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
