Hello.
I've used their services and trust me it's very bad. They didn't corporate at all and the tone of the manager(Deepak) is very rude.

I've shifted to another city(Varanasi) and their contracter there was very naive. He was a lier who gives false statements.

Due to their fault, I had to...

We took the service for shifting our household items from Patna to Pune on a sharing basis as we were told that nothing happens on a sharing basis and our items will be totally safe. Indeed the packaging done at the base location was perfect. Their team did the packing very well and we were also happy to see their efforts. We didn't realize our worst nightmare was yet to come.

The items reached Pune in 4-5 days but this was the time when we started facing the issues and we couldn't believe what we saw happened to our items when it reached there.

1. The items were delivered to us by the safexpress team and when they reached the delivery location, initially they refused to take the items to my flat saying this is not their work. They said they will unload the items and I will have to pay extra to get another labor's for this work and they won't do this work.

2. After getting them on a call with Mr. Deepak they agreed but that wasn't the solution because there were only 3 people and they were just truck drivers who didn't even know how to handle household items properly. They just started throwing stuff as if it was rubbish. They didn't have any experience at all.

3. They anyhow unloaded all the stuffs and delivered to my flat. When we started to unpack the items we were shocked as 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐁𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬) 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁. (𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝)

4. After talking to Mr Deepak about these things he was a bit surprised maybe because this might have happened for the first time with him but if you are running a service you need to be prepared for all ups and downs. When we asked about the insurance we came to know that insurance that was done is not applicable to these kinds of damages. I don't know what a customer should do in such a case where his/her expensive items get damaged and the company has no solution for that.

5. I believe packers and mover's responsibility is to manage end to end service starting from booking location till the delivery location. Unfortunately we felt like we just got the packers services and movers services was just Raam Bharose.

6. 𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟴,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. Our washing machine was totally damaged and it costed us 11,000 for the repair and rest for the refrigerator and other items. We did not receive any support from Mr Deepak regarding this and hence it was totally our loss. He did not compensate any amount also for the loss.

7. I believe it's about luck. Few people get positive experience, few get negative but how a company handles it that matters. Choose a service provider wisely.
