Availed the services for local shifting within 200m distance. Had chosen them based on the reviews. Reasons for the poor service:

1) Things are done differently from what is promised before booking or during pre-booking discussion
2) It was said that we start at 8am and take upto 7pm to do shifting in proper hassle free manner. But when the shifting starts, then persona changes.... everything is done in a hurried haphazard manner
3) Pre-booking discussion: would you help unpack as well — Yes yes, we do all that. But at the time of unpacking, it is completely opposite. Focus is to just empty the cartons and go back
4) Pre-booking discussion: Packing should be done properly using bubble wraps etc. Yes Yes, it would be done properly. We would do as you would say. But during the d-day, materials are short, oh! this does not need bubble wrap, this does not need this and that material.

Experience was not hassle free at all. Far from it.

Beware or decide at your own risk: tall claims would be made during pre booking discussion but things would be very different (for the worse) during the d-day.

Three of my things got impacted:

A) Lost my laundry trolley (it was a two tier trolley with removable lower basket.) I am left only with the lower basket. Rest is lost

B) 2 door godrej almirah (which used to open and close smoothly, has its door damaged or moved or disclocated. Need to jerk and push it with force to close it.

C) Hydraulic king size bed, which used to open very smoothly has gone bad. It opens obliquely to the extent that when pushed down to close, it does not close. I even questioned them when it was assembled post shifting to which got the standard response "aisa hi tha". When challenged further, was told 'ki weight nahin hai upar isiliye Aisa ho raha hai"...as if I do not know nor it is my bed and have not been using it. The bed is ruined since it took significant effort of two people to actually close it later when we arranged the stuff inside the storage box ( to close we had to remove the single piece sleep company king size mattress...meaning, we had to remove the wait as it was going obliquely down. Only after removing we had to push and sideways to remove the angle for closure somehow). That is not how hydraulic bed work.

And at the end, they had the guts to request for filming a video with the bag (that is gifted) for positive reviews. No bag taken, no review video shot.

In summary, very poor experience. Sharing this so that people in need can take informed decision and not just get biased by so many positive reviews.
