They are not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Any positive review you find is written from them.

I strongly advise anyone considering Relocation Express LLC to look elsewhere. This company uses deceptive sales tactics to lure customers in, but they are nothing more than a moving broker who will outsource your move to unprofessional contractors and leave you dealing with nothing but headaches.

I spoke with Brian initially, who failed to disclose that he was a broker rather than an actual moving company. He and Ben Finkelstein (the manager) lied to us at every step. They promised we would only pay for the space we used, and I even got that in writing. They also assured us that our furniture would be loaded onto the same truck that would deliver it. After they had our money, communication stopped completely. They refuse to answer the phone, Brian even hung up on us when we tried to follow up.

At the time of pickup, the movers arrived late (around 4 pm, just as it was getting dark) in a beat-up U-Haul truck, and the crew was completely unprofessional. The driver had brought along a couple of unqualified, unkempt friends who had no idea how to properly pack a truck. They first take a video before they start packing up the truck then have you talk to another person that starts uncharging you for things that were already on the list with Relocation Express. They extorted us for an additional $1,250 or they wouldn't move our furniture at all.

To make matters worse, I later discovered that my furniture passed through five different companies and was moved on four different trucks before it even reached me. By the time it was delivered, much of it was damaged, and several items were missing. Boxes were thrown around, torn to pieces, and some were even turned upside down. It was clear that no care was taken with my belongings.

Don't be fooled by their smooth sales pitch. Relocation Express is a middleman who doesn’t care about your stuff, your time, or your money. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable moving company instead!

They made me sign a contract while on the phone as so i was unable to read all the fine print. (* NOTE* 7 PAGE...

Very smooth move! The guys who came were very friendly, helpful and respectful. After a small tour in the house (they were well prepared by asking which closet for instance was for which room) they worked smoothly together and fixed it all very quick. I loved the way the worked; organized, quiet...

Can’t say enough good things about the service from Relocation Express. The crew were punctual, organised, and highly professional. They brought all packing materials and were very considered and careful in packing many antique and vintage items, and moving them out of a fifth floor walk-up. They...
