After posting my previous 1-star review, I was pleasantly surprised by how seriously Intercity Packers and Movers took my feedback. Their response wasn't just a formality—they genuinely reached out, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation with professionalism.

Their response wasn't just a formality—they genuinely reached out, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation with professionalism.

A special mention goes to Ms. Kajal, whose patience, sincerity, and customer-centric approach convinced me to give Intercity another chance despite my earlier experience.

That said, I did incur a personal loss of ₹1,700. After cancelling my original booking with Intercity, I had already confirmed another packers and movers service by paying a ₹1,700 advance. When I decided to return to Intercity, I was hoping they would offer a proposal that would at least offset this loss. Unfortunately, I ended up paying the same price I had agreed upon with the other company, in addition to losing my advance.

However, when it came to the actual relocation service, I have absolutely no complaints. It was top-notch from start to finish.

A heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, and their entire team. They handled my belongings with great care, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was delivered safely and on time. Their professionalism, discipline, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

The only aspect I wasn't comfortable with was being asked to delete my previous 1-star review immediately after the team had collected my household items and left the community. Feedback—whether positive or negative—should always remain the customer's choice. It is perfectly fine to request that a customer reconsider a review after resolving the issue, but there should never be any pressure to remove it.

Overall, I appreciate the way Intercity responded to my concerns and, more importantly, the excellent service they ultimately delivered. While my journey with them started on a disappointing note, they managed to regain my trust through their actions.

Thank you, Kajal, Rakesh Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, and the entire moving team. Keep up the great work, and please continue focusing on customer satisfaction without encouraging customers to delete their honest reviews.

I would definitely recommend Intercity Packers and Movers for their relocation service.
