I had a very bad experience with this company while shifting my household items and bike from Indore to Gwalior.
First, they sent very unprofessional workers for packing my household goods. I also handed over my bike for transportation, and its fuel tank was completely full at the time of...

⚠️ Warning: Don’t trust their Google reviews — most of them are fake!

I had a terrible experience with this packers and movers service. My fridge was damaged, my bike got scratches, scooty glass broke, and most of my kitchen items were messed up. They had promised proper packaging for my bike and...

My experience with Fastline Courier Service was profoundly disappointing and far below the standards expected from a professional logistics provider.

Prior to dispatch, I explicitly communicated the requirement for proper packaging and laminating to ensure the safe transit of the shipment. The team unequivocally assured me that the parcel would be securely packed and laminated. However, upon receipt, it became evident that no laminating had been carried out whatsoever. The package had merely been sealed with ordinary tape, demonstrating a clear failure to honor the commitment made at the time of booking.

The handling of the delivery timeline was equally unsatisfactory. I was initially promised that the shipment would be delivered within 7–8 days. When this commitment was not fulfilled, I was subsequently assured that delivery would take place on the 15th without fail. Throughout the day, I repeatedly followed up with Mr. Vivek and was consistently given categorical assurances that the shipment would be delivered before the end of the day. As the promised deadlines continued to pass, I was repeatedly asked to wait longer. Despite these assurances, the shipment failed to arrive.

What was particularly concerning was the complete lack of responsiveness once the promised delivery date had passed. My calls went unanswered, and no proactive communication was provided regarding the status of the shipment. After persistent efforts, I was eventually connected with the local team through a conference call. Rather than providing a definitive update or taking ownership of the situation, I was met with vague explanations and an apparent unwillingness to commit to any realistic delivery timeline. When asked for a firm delivery date, the response was essentially that no such commitment could be provided.

The issue extends beyond a mere delay in delivery. The experience was characterized by repeated assurances that were not honored, inadequate communication, a lack of transparency, and an absence of accountability. Such practices undermine customer confidence and raise serious concerns regarding the reliability and professionalism of the service.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend engaging only with approved, reputable, and professionally managed courier vendors that maintain established service standards and demonstrate accountability toward their customers. Reliability, secure packaging, and transparent communication are fundamental expectations in the logistics industry. Regrettably, Service failed to meet these expectations in my case.
I would not recommend this service.

I used Fastlane Packers and Movers to transport my Honda Highness 350, which is a 2.5 lakh bike. These people didn’t even bother to pack it properly. When I received the bike, I was shocked. The fuel tank was badly scratched, the handlebar was completely bent, the silencer had deep scratches, and...
