Mr Naresh takes personal care and is outstanding one man army. While pricing was slightly higher but very well worth it and no extra money or cheating was there. They had their own truck and no shifting of goods mid way or taking other goods. Clean dealing.
There was no pressure to pay advance or anything. Overall great experience. Many thanks!

Box N Move has been the worst moving experience of my life. Despite being assured of professional and end to end services, it was terrible across all aspects of the service, including unprofessional and rude behavior, damage to my goods, missing items, and lack of customer support . I want to list...Box N Move has been the worst moving experience of my life. Despite being assured of professional and end to end services, it was terrible across all aspects of the service, including unprofessional and rude behavior, damage to my goods, missing items, and lack of customer support . I want to list each one of them:
Unprofessional and Rude Staff: The staff ignored our repeated requests to exercise caution, not disturb neighbours or cause disruption. They completely blocked the passageway and all neighbours were inconvenienced. When asked to be more careful, the team lead responded rudely that they know what they're doing, which they clearly didnt. The boxes were placed and house was left in terrible mess after they unloaded all the goods. While packing and unpacking, no care or concern was demonstrated with goods almost being thrown into any available shelf or open surface for expediting the move. Despite everything, the team had the audacity to ask for a tip when we asked them to leave midway through the unpacking, and even frowned when the amount was not to their satisfaction.
Damaged Goods: Expensive items and furniture were damaged despite repeatedly requesting them to be careful with said items. They even damaged some of the new veneer furniture by placing wood items against them that we kept discovering after the team was asked to leave. I have not been offered any kind of compensation for the damage caused.
Missing Items: Some critical parts for the modular furniture were misplaced in one of the mountain of boxes among many others. These were dismantled on their request, and the screws for these furniture items are still to be found and not available anywhere in the market. When we called and let them know that these items were missing, they refused any further help in searching for them and in fact their supervisor (Mr. Naresh) rudely and aggresively responded and cut the phone.
Missing Invoice: No invoice was shared for the moving services, and I had to keep requesting for the same before it was made available to me.
Non-Existent Customer Support: The customer (24x7) helpline was not available during the moving issues and the office contact (Mr. Naresh) was very rude when we called him for resolution, cutting the phone instead of trying to resolve the issue with us.
I do not expect any resolution from the Box N Move, as I don't see them capable of providing any reasonable resolution. The emotional turmoil and time & money spent trying to rectify their mishaps is something we can never get back. I am writing this review, so that nobody else would face such a terrible experience going at an already stressful moving event.
