The packing and moving process was okay overall. The team came in the evening and completed the shifting by early morning. There were a few scratches on the bed during shifting, but we understood that minor issues can happen sometimes.
However, the experience after shifting was very disappointing. Altaf garu arranged AC technicians for uninstalling and reinstalling the AC, but the installation was heavily delayed. We had to do continuous follow-ups for days just to get the work completed. The technicians were not responsive, and the whole process wasted a lot of our time.
The major issue was the lack of transparency in pricing. When I later asked for a proper breakdown of the AC installation charges, the explanations kept changing. The amount charged seemed much higher than actual market rates, and even after asking clearly, the calculations did not match properly.
What disappointed me the most was the behaviour during the discussion. When I politely asked for clarification regarding the charges, instead of explaining professionally, the response was veryyy rude and harsh. As a customer, asking for billing details after paying a huge amount is completely reasonable.
Being honest and respectful as an owner is important, but the workers and technicians arranged through the service should also maintain the same professionalism and transparency. Customers should not have to struggle with repeated follow-ups, unclear pricing, and rude communication after payment is completed.
Overall, the shifting work was manageable, but the delays, repeated follow-ups, unclear pricing, and poor communication made this a very unsatisfactory experience.

Althaf garu, how can you lie that i didn't respond for payment'Didn't I pay the amount to you immediately? I didn't expect this from you sir. You only asked us to call workers continuously if they don't pick the calls and now instead of correcting the issues you are just simply blaming the customers just because we complained about the technicians behaviour. Thank you sir!
