During my house shifting I was worried about my kitchen items and fragile decoration because previous movers had damage them before but ambe packers and movers use proper packing materials and handle every carton patiently

I first enquired on 9th Dec and booked the service on 22nd Dec for shifting on 23rd Dec. At the time of enquiry and during multiple reconfirmations, I was not informed about any insurance changes. I repeatedly confirmed the final amount, and only after full satisfaction, I went ahead with the booking.

On the day of packing, two people arrived, and I personally provided most of the packing materials for the AC, fridge, cooler, and multiple boxes. Despite repeatedly requesting them to pack items properly, they ignored my instructions and packed everything in a very careless and unprofessional manner.

Before shipping, I was insisted to pay the entire amount in advance, even though the service had not yet been completed.

Regarding dispatch and delivery, I was clearly promised delivery within 3–4 days, especially since I had fewer items. Based on this assurance, I agreed to proceed. However, there was no transparency or proper communication. From 24th Dec onwards, I made multiple calls for updates. Either my calls were not answered, or I was told they would check and call me back — which never happened.

Later, I was given the contact number of the logistics person, who informed me that the items were received on 6th Dec and again mentioned delivery within a week. I was then repeatedly redirected to the truck driver, with no clear updates from the company.

Finally, the truck arrived on 10th Dec around 9 PM, far beyond the promised timeline. Even then, the driver initially refused to unload, stating that someone else from the company I had booked would come for unloading and asked me to arrange it myself. After further discussion with the company, the driver and his assistant finally started unloading. The driver was injured and using a cane, clearly unfit for unloading work, and placed the items according to his convenience rather than at the designated locations.

Despite being charged for proper unloading and unpacking, the service was extremely poor. Several items were damaged, including broken shoe racks, dented heavy items, and broken glass and décor items.

Overall, it was a terrible and stressful experience involving false promises, poor communication, careless handling, overcharging with hidden costs, and damaged goods. I strongly recommend NOT using their services.

The team packed everything slowly and carefully. My glass items and kitchen crockery were wrapped nicely. All goods reached safely and nothing was damaged.
